With Christmas around the corner, The End of the Road has picked up some more positive reviews on NetGalley and Amazon with readers scoring it an average of 3.9 out of 5 stars. But as the work becomes better known, the stakes get higher for author Martin Venning.
BBC World News Correspondent Wyre Davies, a man who makes a living commentating on geo-politics is the latest to offer to cast an expert eye over the novel ahead of his next set of travels to global hotspots.
He has often been drawn to reporting on conflict and war. Among many others, he has covered the “Arab Spring”, the conflict in Israel and the Palestinian Territories and the struggle between democracy and tyranny in Latin America.
His verdict is eagerly anticipated!
