End of the Road featured at the 2022 Chiswick Book Festival

The End of the Road was selected for presentation at the Waterstones Local Authors Party at the 2022 Chiswick Book Festival and Martin Venning was on hand to explain why it is such a riveting read!

“This is a bit different from many other crime books”, he said.

“I would describe it as an exciting geo-political, mystery adventure.

People should read it because it has all the ingredients for a good bit of escapism – set in a number of international locations, a sophisticated plot to solve, seemingly unconnected events which link together and a thoroughly good page turning descriptive novel”.

And many present at the sold out west London event agreed, picking up copies from Waterstones before heading home.

“Appearing at Chiswick is another step forward for me as a rookie writer and the chance to appear in a locality where I used to live. I really appreciated the opportunity”, Martin added.
