Anatomy author adds to End of the Road Reputation

Sunday Times bestselling thriller novelist, Sarah Vaughan is the latest author to express interest in reading Martin Venning’s End of the Road adventure.

Vaughan, whose literary credits include the critically acclaimed Anatomy of a Scandal due to be screened on Netflix in April and starring Sienna Miller, was keen to show her support for new writers contributing to the genre.

“There will always be interest in a compelling story”, she observed.

And she should know.

A former Guardian journalist – news reporter and political correspondent – Vaughan had a front of house seat at the myriad of national and international political events of the Blair years. Her experience has not only inspired her narratives but allowed her to pitch them from a uniquely female perspective.

For her newest work, Reputation (out now) Vaughan turns the spotlight on the tensions and pressures female MPs face through vilification on social media.

“As part of my research I have followed a number of female MPs to understand the level of trolling they face. It is remarkable how they manage to deal with it on top of the day-to-day stresses of the job”, she said.
